SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) is competence and expertise listing homes for Clients. SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource) attends to comprehension of Short Sales and Foreclosures. CSP (Certified New Home Sale Professional) gives all the training and familiarity to help buyers and sellers complete a transaction on a site built new home. ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) gives me tools to properly stage a home to get the best overall price and sell a home quickly. e-pro is a certification that, in today’s technology savvy world, that gives me all the internet and technology skills to be a Top Producer for my clients.
When I’m not working for my clients, I enjoy being outdoors and take advantage of the beautiful 4 seasons in Middle Tennessee. On Summer days, you can find me boating on the lake or on the softball field. I enjoy attending Tennessee Titans football games in the Fall. I give back to the community by Umpiring Youth and High School Baseball and I am a Member of the Cool Springs Rotary and Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce.
