Heather Legg was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. Name the town, she’s probably lived, worked or went to school there. She grew up watching her dad run a successful home improvement company --- all the while, hearing her dad telling her to stay as far away from the business as she could.
So, she did as she was told… until after working in radio and television news and then collegiate fundraising before becoming a stay-at-home mom. When her youngest child was about to enter kindergarten, she decided to give real estate a try. Heather always had an interest and was that person who could tell you everything about the local house that was for sale, with people frequently asking her, “Why aren’t you a REALTOR???” She didn’t have an answer, but thought, “Why aren’t I a REALTOR?”
She took the plunge and found out quickly that the business was harder than HGTV made it look, and maybe her dad had been right. But she made it a point to learn all she could and her success in the business reflects that. She often says buying and selling real estate can be much like riding a roller coaster, but she enjoys getting to know people and helping them figure things out. Honesty and integrity are the fundamentals of her business, and her clients appreciate how she goes above and beyond the call of duty.
